Hi there, my sister has overdosed on her Metroprolol (i think thats how u spell it) beta blocker. they are 190 mg tablets she has taken a months worth, do i need to do anything? Will she be okay does this type of beta blocker have a bad effect...

I have had insomnia now for 3 weeks and did not sleep at all last night. I am on warfarin, metoprolol, furosemide and one for an underactive thyroid. Help! I am about to give up on all three. Are there natural alternatives?...
